Alumna Named to Head Regional Kiwanis

Alumna Lori J. Butler (B.A. communications ’85) is the newly named executive director of the Kiwanis International California-Nevada Hawaii District for 2012-13. She previously served as development director for Boy Scouts of America, San Diego-Imperial Council, past president of Sunrise Vista Kiwanis and executive director of Girls Incorporated of San Diego.
Founded in 1915, Kiwanis International is a global organization of members of every age who are dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time.
