Paul E. DeLauro, senior vice president and manager of tax and financial planning, City National Bank, will speak on "Protecting Your Wealth: Tapping Today's Opportunities and Evaluating Critical Changes for 2013" at the Oct. 10 Center for Family Business workshop at Cal State Fullerton.

Background:
The Center for Family Business, formerly known as the Family Business Council, operates within Cal State Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. A partnership between the university and the business community, the center offers various opportunities for family-owned businesses to learn, receive information and network. With its renaming, the center has expanded its programming and workshops into the Los Angeles area and continues its regular series in Orange County.
Cost:
Free for first-time family business attendees interested in becoming a center member. Reservations are required and can be made online or by contacting Robbin Bretzing at 657-278-4182 or fbc@fullerton.edu.
Parking:
$2 per hour or $8 for a daily permit. Details are available online.
