Brew Appointed to California Board

Leah Brew , chair and associate professor of counseling, was appointed by Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr. to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Aug. 17. The position requires senate confirmation.
Brew, a member of the campus community since 2001, has served as chair of the Counseling Department since 2007 and is the author of “Building the Relationship: Common Errors in Helping” published by Brooks/Cole and released in 2006.
