Alumni to Discuss 'Putting Your Education to Work'

Four Cal State Fullerton alumni — who all completed degrees in the Humanities or Social Sciences — will discuss how their education helped them find success in their careers during a noon luncheon roundtable Nov. 19.
The speakers are:
- Tyler Shumaker '05 (B.A. liberal studies), senior vice president and managing director, Wealth Management Department, Centaurus Financial Inc.
- Aaron Orozco '04 (B.A. political science), supervisor, Cultural and Family Services Division, Fullerton Parks and Recreation Department
- David Hernandez '04 and '08 (B.A., M.A. American studies), learning and development consultant, Walt Disney Company
- Amy Mattern '00 (M.A. American studies) assistant dean of student affairs, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics
The one-hour program, in Room 112 in the Humanities-Social Sciences Building, is sponsored by the Career Center. Lunch and refreshments will be provided but reservations are requested. To reserve a space or for more information, call the HSS Access Center at 657-278-2594.
