Five Campus Members Honored as Emeriti

President Mildred García has conferred emeritus status on the following individuals:
Ronald E. Hughes, professor emeritus of sociology, in recognition of 41 years of university service, including tenure as department chair.
Candice L. Jones, administrative support coordinator emeritus, for her 25 years of service to the Geological Sciences Department and the campus community.
Dana Lamb, professor emeritus of art, for 26 years of Cal State Fullerton service, including the development of the animation concentration, collaborations with animation studies and tenure as department chair.
Shari N. Starrett, associate professor emeritus of philosophy, in honor of 21 years of service, including department chair, to the campus.
Julie E. Stokes, professor emeritus of African American studies, for 18 years of service at CSUF, including tenure as department chair.
