Campus Organizations Hold Holiday Drives

Cal State Fullerton students, faculty and staff can get into the holiday season by contributing to various food, clothing and toy drives.
Members of the campus community can come out Nov. 20 for "Titan Kick-off to the Holidays" in the Quad, contributing non-perishable food items and toiletries. The program is co-sponsored by the Office of the President, University Advancement, Associated Students and Student Life and Leadership.
Among other campus efforts:
University Police Food Drive through Nov. 18
Benefits Mercy House Transitional Living Center
Canned and non-perishable food may be dropped at the University Police Building

Camp Titan Holiday Toy Drive
Benefits underprivileged children
Unwrapped toys may be left at the Titan Student Union Information and Services desk through Dec. 12 or at the CSUF Irvine Campus Student Affairs Office through Dec. 5. Monetary donations will be accepted and used to purchase gifts.

Sleeping Bag Drive for homeless veterans through Jan. 30
CSUF Recycling Club in conjunction with Someone Cares Soup Kitchen
New and lightly used, clean sleeping bags may be dropped off at the soup kitchen, 720 W. 19th St., Costa Mesa, 92627, or call the student group for pick-up.
