Grad Discusses Milestone Court Case Today on CNBC

Cal State Fullerton criminal justice lecturer and alumnus Marc Labreche, senior deputy district attorney in Orange County, will discuss his prosecution of the largest Ponzi scheme in Orange County history on today's (Dec. 11) CNBC program "Power Lunch," which airs at 10 a.m.
LaBreche '86 (B.A. criminal justice), who teaches "White Collar Crime," will be discussing the case against defendants for their alleged role in a $150 million Ponzi scheme that affected more than 55 investors from throughout the state.
