OCTA BikeLink Pilot Program to Have 10 Locations in Fullerton, 4 on Campus

Nov. 15, 2013

Cal State Fullerton students will be able to rent and ride bikes to class through a new bike-sharing program designed for commuters traveling short distances.

Stations are located at Fullerton Train Station, Fullerton City Hall Complex, Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton College and College Plaza Shipping Center.

The goal is for students to take the train to the Fullerton Transportation Center Station, hop on a bike then get to class, said Joel Zlotnik, OCTA spokesman.

The university will house four of the 10 locations in Orange County Transportation Authority's two-year BikeLink pilot program in the city of Fullerton. Read the full article online. Content is behind a paywall and may not be available without either a subscription or a small fee.
