He explores how Cal State Fullerton is following that path.
"Policymakers are increasingly demanding that colleges and universities change the way they operate. Who can blame them? Student loan debt has surpassed the $1 trillion mark and is now higher than auto and credit card debt. And persistently low degree completion rates, particularly among low-income students and students of color, have brought social mobility in America to a virtual halt."
