Moderating the panel discussion is Pat Donahue, chairman/CEO, Donahue Schriber.

The Real Estate and Land Use Institute is the 23-campus California State University System's applied research and professional education center for real estate and urban land use. Cal State Fullerton's branch of the institute was established in 1996 in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics.
