Family Business Workshop Delves Into Developing Future Leadership

Ellie Frey, director of the Family Business Alliance of West Michigan and a third-generation trustee of the Frey Foundation, will discuss how family businesses can engage and develop the next generation of company leaders, during "The Power of the Next Generation," the April 16 Center for Family Business Workshop at Cal State Fullerton. The same program will be offered April 17 in Los Angeles.

Background:

The Center for Family Business operates within Cal State Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. A partnership between the university and the business community, the center offers various opportunities for family-owned businesses to learn, receive information and network. The center offers programs and workshops into the Los Angeles area, as well as continuing its regular series in Orange County.

Cost:

Free for first-time family business attendees interested in becoming a center member. Reservations are required and can be made online or by contacting Robbin Bretzing at 657-278-4182.

Campus Parking:

$2 per hour or $8 for a daily permit. Details available online.
