Graduating Engineering Students Demonstrate Projects
Year-long Original Design Projects Are the Capstone Assignment For Seniors
May 21, 2013
Graduating computer engineering students will demonstrate their capstone design projects from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, May 24, in Room 300 of the Computer Science Building. Projects range from a stand-alone turret, robotic arm control using brain-computer interface, digital receiver for wide band communications and an unmanned aerial vehicle capable of autonomous control and the ability to locate and recognize targets. Such projects encourage students to incorporate skills and knowledge they acquired through several courses in computer engineering, said Kiran George, assistant professor of computer engineering.
