New M.S. in Computer Engineering Offered in Fall
June 7, 2013
The College of Engineering and Computer Science is launching a new master's degree in computer engineering this fall. Approved by the California State University Chancellor's Office, the nod also paves the way for a new joint B.S./M.S. degree program that will allow students to earn both degrees in an accelerated four-year, comprehensive program. The integrated B.S./M.S. program is expected to enroll students in fall 2014.
Kiran George, assistant professor of computer engineering, and Susamma Barua, ECS associate dean and coordinator of the Computer Engineering Program, will direct the new degree programs. For more information, visit the college's website.
