Executive Compensation Summit
Trends and Components of CEO Pay Subject of Discussions

"Long-Term Incentive Compensation Driving Performance and Testing for Alignment in Orange County and Beyond" is the title of the fifth annual Executive Compensation Summit hosted by Cal State Fullerton's Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance and the Forum for Corporate Directors.
Attendees will receive a copy of research bulletin "CEO Pay in Orange County," prepared by the Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance.
Serving on the executive compensation summit panel:
- Jim Barrall, partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP and the global co-chair of the firm's benefits and compensation practice
- Vivek Mande, CSUF professor of accounting and director of the Center for Corporate Reporting and Governance
- Chat Mitchell, founding partner and senior adviser of Exequity LLP
- Glenn Schafer, chairman of the Janus Capital Group board of directors
