Campus members can take advantage this fall of a number of programs offered by the Student Recreation Center and Employee Wellness Program.

The Employee Wellness Program, centered around the promotion of physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices, is operated by the Division of Kinesiology and Health Science. The program, established in 2003, offers faculty and staff opportunities to participate in a variety of physical activities and health-related fitness assessments. Offered year-around are strength and conditioning, women’s workout courses, as well as yoga, Pilates, lap swimming and open gym classes.

Enrollment is now underway for the fall session. For more information, call 657-278-4404 or email employeewellness@fullerton.edu.

Faculty and staff members can join students and alumni at the Student Recreation Center for a wide range of programs, including intramural sports, drop-in fitness classes and rock climbing. Looking for more personal training? Titan Recreation, a program of Associated Students Inc. offers it. For more information, call Alison Wittwer at 657-278-4511 or email awittwer@fullerton.edu.
