Developing a deeper understanding of transgender individuals is the aim of a Nov. 16 program sponsored by the Association for InterCultural Awareness at Cal State Fullerton.
Activists Bea Fonseca, a transgender Latina writer from Los Angeles, and Jennicet Gutierrez, who works with undocumented transgender people of color, are the keynote speakers for the 6 p.m. program in Portola Pavilion of the Titan Student Union.
