Campus to Take Part in Workplace Charging Challenge

April 6, 2015

Cal State Fullerton has joined as a partner in the U.S. Department of Energy's Workplace Charging Challenge, a national effort to provide or increase access to EV charging stations at workplaces across the country. The University currently maintains 11 EV charging stations located in various locations.

“Electric vehicles can significantly reduce commuter contributions to carbon emissions,” states Megan Moscol, sustainability programs manager in Facilities Operations and Management. “We hope that more people on campus will consider driving an EV!”

Electric vehicles will be on display Tuesday, April 21, during Earth Week activities on campus. More information on electric vehicles and available charging stations on campus is available online.
