Cal State Fullerton’s Center for Leadership and the Association of California Cities – Orange County has partnered to offer a series of “Bringing Learning to Work” sessions to association members.

The two-hour programs will be offered monthly and taught by faculty members from Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. Topics include “How to Influence People,” “Handling Conflict Effectively” and “Performance Management.”

The Center for Leadership has been offering the programs to area businesses and organizations since 2011 as a means of connecting faculty expertise with organizations throughout the county.

“The Center for Leadership is pleased to partner with the Association of California Cities – Orange County for a third consecutive year on this exciting initiative. Employees of member cities receive world class training opportunities and the Cal State Fullerton faculty stay well connected to the organizational issues that face Orange County. “
