What:
Free public lectures on climate change, the world of animation, financial fraud, trauma intervention and emotional first aid, as well as discussions and live performances of jazz, are among the summer offerings from Cal State Fullerton’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
A special July 2 musical program and veterans recognition celebrating Independence Day is also scheduled, along with an August open house to introduce the public to the organization, its lectures, courses and other activities. The open house is set 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 8.

Fourth of July Celebration and Veterans Recognition

A program of instrumental music and patriotic songs celebrating the July 4 holiday and honoring OLLI veterans is presented by OLLI members. Refreshments will be served in the Shapiro Wing of the Ruby Gerontology Center after the concert.
