Affordable Course Materials Expo

Faculty members are invited to discover the many options available in helping make course material more affordable for students during the Tuesday, March 24, Affordable Course Materials Expo. The program will be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Titan Student Union's Portola Pavilion.
Representatives from Cal State University's MERLOT and the campus Affordable Learning Solutions programs; lynda.com, CSUF online training tool; a custom course pack and lab manual provider; and digital content providers, as well as publisher representatives, will be at the Expo.
Educational sessions on such topics as learning how to build a digital course pack, understanding resources available through Student Technology Services and discovering interactive learning platforms will be held.
The program is co-sponsored by the Academic Technology Center, Disability Support Services, Faculty Development Center, Information Technology – Student Services, Pollak Library and Titan Shops. For more info, call Claude Damsa at 657-278-2474.
