Children’s Author Santat Gives March 22 Talk at Pollak Library

Dan Santat, an award-winning illustrator, best-selling author and creator of the popular Disney Channel animated series “The Replacements,” will give a March 22 presentation at Cal State Fullerton’s Pollak Library. Sponsored by the library’s Donoghue Children’s Literature Center, the event is free and open to the public.

The Author:

Santat’s “The Adventures of Beekle: The Unimaginary Friend” was awarded the 2015 Caldecott Medal for most distinguished picture book illustration. He published his first book, “The Guild of Geniuses,” in 2004, and has since illustrated more than 60 books, including the action-packed “Three Ninja Pigs” and the humorous “Crankenstein.” His latest book, “Are We There Yet?,” is due out in April. He holds degrees from ArtCenter College of Design and UC San Diego.

Parking:
