'Birds in Art' on Display at Fullerton Arboretum

The Fullerton Arboretum has an art exhibit focusing on various international artists’ interpretations and representations of birds on display at its Orange County Agricultural and Nikkei Heritage Museum.

Titled “Birds in Art,” the collection’s works illustrate avian species ranging from common, local bird species to exotic species from around the world.

One piece on display is by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman. The work is titled “Homage to the World’s Largest Rubber Duck” and depicts the journey of a 40-foot rubber duck designed by Hofman that traveled the world for eight years.

The “Birds in Art” exhibit hails from the Woodson Art Museum in Wausau, Wis.
