Students Learn About Martial Law in the Philippines from Filipino Journalist


Raissa Robles, author of “Marcos Martial Law: Never Again,” spoke at CSUF during a book tour of universities along the West Coast. Carol Ojeda Kimbrough, a former member of the University’s Asian American studies faculty,  noted: “Robles’ assessment of the Duterte administration in the Philippines and the very real possibility of martial law once again being declared turned into a lively discussion when a student asked about ‘trolls and bots’ in social media.”
