Plan to attend the fourth annual Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion’s Health and Financial Expo, “Dance Your Way to Great Health.” This year’s event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, in the Titan Student Union.
With open enrollment for health, dental and vision plans coming soon, representatives from all available providers will be present to answer questions related to the services they provide.
In addition, flu shots, administered by Walgreens, will be available for free with your CalPERS PPO insurance card. Other participants may obtain flu shots for $25.99. Pre-register for flu shots by emailing Cassandra Newby. Please pre-register by Sept. 7.
Health screenings will be offered to assess blood pressure, check blood sugar and cholesterol, as well as to determine body mass index and body fat analysis, and nerve and sun damage scans for the neck and back. Anthem subscribers are encouraged to pre-register for the assessments. All other plan subscribers can register that day.
