This ROTC Summer Camp Isn’t for Kids … or Most Adults

Summer camp … a few weeks that typically involve tons of fun, activities, good food, friends and endless memories.

For Cadet Amanda Coleman, Advanced Camp at Fort Knox, Kentucky, is different. It’s 29 days of training for her and other Army ROTC cadets. It's also one of the major hurdles to clear for those who strive to be commissioned as a second lieutenant upon graduation.
