Titan Voice: Dancing the Night Away for Miracle Kids

Last month, I received a call from a close friend asking if I wanted to emcee TitanTHON, a dance marathon for charity held on campus.

Without hesitation, I said “yes,” thinking it would be a good way to spend a Friday night. Little did I know what an honor it would turn out to be.

I knew that TitanTHON is organized entirely by CSUF undergraduates. The goal is to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to support hospitals like CHOC Children’s. Now in its fourth year, the six-hour event — filled with food, friends and dancing until midnight — has become an annual affair for the surrounding community.
