Creative and scholarly works in fields ranging from dance, cinema and television, engineering and kinesiology were recognized with this year’s Outstanding Student Scholarly and Creative Activities Awards during Student Creative Activities and Research Day.
The annual event, now in its sixth year, featured a student poster/exhibit session prior to an awards presentation in which 16 undergraduates, graduate students and January graduates were honored for their efforts. An additional three were given Outstanding Poster/Exhibition awards.
Outstanding Student Scholarly and Creative Activities Award recipients were selected from a pool of 57 nominated for the honor by faculty members. The winners, listed by college, class level, major and mentor, are:
