Titan Voice - Jeremy Rembulat: Putting Public Relations Skills to Work in Organizing Campus Event


“If you’re going to do something, give it 100% or nothing at all.” These were the words my mother said to me when I told her I would be co-coordinating one of the largest student-led Filipino American events in the nation, Friendship Games, at Cal State Fullerton. 

While I might have taken this saying with a grain of salt in the beginning, it soon served as one of the driving forces of this life-changing journey. 

The Cal State Fullerton Pilipinx American Student Association hosted the 34th annual Friendship Games Oct. 19. About 4,000 students from more than 40 Filipino clubs at universities across the West Coast gathered at Cal State Fullerton to participate in competitive picnic games, performances, and S.P.U.F (Spirit, Pride, Unity, and Friendship). Continue reading in the Orange County Register.
