To enhance its ability to admit applicants who demonstrate academic readiness and potential for success, Cal State Fullerton’s School of Nursing seeks to augment the current admissions criteria for the bachelor of science in nursing pre-licensure program. The proposed supplementary admission criteria, developed in consultation with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, include grade trends reviews, an essay, letters of recommendation, and an interview with School of Nursing faculty.
