Cal State Fullerton is the 2016 host of the 15th annual California Higher Education Sustainability Conference — an opportunity for campuses from the California State University, University of California and California Community Colleges systems, as well as private institutions, to share best practices and learn from one another in the fields of campus economic responsibility, social equity and environmental sustainability.
More than 1,000 attendees are expected for the June 27 – July 1 program, which will highlight cutting-edge research and case studies on successful programs in curriculum development, operational programming and community partnerships focused on how campuses are becoming more sustainable, helping their communities to be more green and teaching tomorrow’s leaders and educators.
Sponsors and exhibitors are now being sought for the program. Additional information is available online.
There will be opportunities for students, faculty and staff to present research and projects, participate in sessions and workshops, and attend field trips and tours. For continued event information and updates, please visit the California Higher Education Sustainability Conference website.
