Tucker Hosts Summer Art Fair

Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary hosts its sixth annual "SummerFest" art fair June 27-28, featuring a weekend of fine arts, crafts, live music, nature programs, children's activities, wine tasting, barbecue and more.
Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary, 29322 Modjeska Canyon Road, Silverado, 92676
$5 a person (cash only); children under 5 are free.
More than 40 arts and crafts vendors with items available for purchase will be at the two-day fair. In addition, presentations from Wolf Totem Ambassadors, featuring live wolves, and Reptile Rescue Orange County, will be offered. Wine tasting and barbecue meals available for purchase ($3-$8 cash only).
"This annual summertime event is a way to introduce the community to Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary and also helps to support all the programs we have to offer children and adults throughout the year," said Karon Cornell, director of Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary.
Proceeds from the annual event benefit Tucker's outdoor education program at the sanctuary, which is owned and operated by Cal State Fullerton and its College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
Event visitors may park in the lot on the corner of Santiago and Modjeska canyon roads and board a shuttle bus to Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary.
