Nine College of the Arts seniors are performing two showcases in New York City this week for agents and casting professionals.

Following a successful Los Angeles showing for agents at Cal State Fullerton’s Hallberg Theatre, the B.F.A. theatre arts-musical theater students — Taylor Hartsfield, Elyssa Alexander, Lacey Beegun, Elizabeth Campbell, Matt Dunn, Maddie Ellingson, Dylan David Farris, Katie Lee and Anyssa Navarro — are performing at St. Luke’s Theatre, in the heart of Manhattan’s Theater District.

The MAMM Alliance helps underwrite this capstone project, which helps students find work in the industry and keeps the professional Broadway community aware of the University’s musical theater program. The showcase is directed by Mitchell Hanlon, professor of theatre and dance.
