Undergraduate and graduate students from Mihaylo College of Business and Economics participated in a summer program at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in Tbilisi, Georgia, to learn about the geopolitics of the Black Sea and Caspian region, one of the world’s major flashpoints.
The program, which ran from June 14 to July 2, involved lectures on history, geography, politics and economics; meetings with the nation’s officials; weekend trips exploring various regions of the small Eastern European country; and a student research project. Continue reading.
