Information Technology Helps Students ‘Get Down to Business’

Students needing a specific software for class or seeking support for using Titan Online, the campus portal, Titanium, campus email or WiFi connectivity? Information Technology is available to help.

For computer issues, assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone, 657-278-8888, chat, http://my.fullerton.edu; or email your queries to StudentITHelpDesk@fullerton.edu.

Students seeking face-to-face help can also go to the Student Genius Corner on the first floor of the Pollak Library. Fall hours are 7 a.m.-midnight Mondays-Thursdays, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
