Associated Students Inc.’s Camp Titan hosts its annual Toy Drive Nov. 1 through 30. All donations delivered to the Titan Student Union information and services desk or the Student Recreation Center will go to support underprivileged children in Orange County.
Suggested ideas for gifts can be action figures, dolls, sports equipment, Lego items and backpacks — but nothing that is edible, personalized with names or that can be used as weapons, such as toy swords, boxing gloves or darts. Monetary donations also will be accepted and can be made at collection points in various campus buildings.
Campus and community members who donate a gift at the TSU Nov. 7-10 will receive a free game of bowling; donors at the SRC may choose to attend a free Nov. 9 boot camp class, an H20 workout Nov. 15, or climb the rock wall Nov. 30.
