President Mildred García recently honored retiring faculty and staff members by conferring emeritus status. Among those so honored:
- Joanne Andre, lecturer emeritus of nursing, for 17 years service on campus
- Kathryn Bartle-Angus, lecturer emeritus of literacy and reading education, for 26 years of service
- Jeffrey Brody, professor emeritus of communications, for 27 years serving CSUF
- Joanne Greenbaum, lecturer emeritus of literacy and reading education, honoring 22 years of service
- Barbara Haddad, lecturer emeritus of nursing, for 30 years of service to the campus
- Christine Latham, professor emeritus of nursing, in honor of her 19 years of service
- Mariko Molodowitch, associate professor emeritus of computer science, for 27 years of campus service
- Edythe Walker, lecturer emeritus of sociology, in recognition of 26 years of service
