Cal State Fullerton’s Center for Entrepreneurship thrives on novel endeavors, and the latest one is a new alumni advisory council for the center. Seeing a need to develop funding sources and include perspectives from young people just entering the workforce, center director John Jackson tapped five recent business administration graduates, all involved with entrepreneurship in some form, for the task.
Rachel Herzog ’18 (B.A. business administration-entrepreneurship) is enthusiastic about participating on the council, seeing it as a way to give back and stay connected to Mihaylo College of Business and Economics and the entrepreneurship program. “It was such a big part of my campus experience,” she explains. In addition to Herzog, council members include Chad Armstrong, Yumi Liang, Vanessa Ganaden and Jonny May.
The Center for Entrepreneurship supports entrepreneurial education and research by bringing together faculty, students, alumni entrepreneurs and friends of the university to build and advance an exciting, high-energy entrepreneurial culture.
