Public Health Class Honors Judge Whose Courtroom Became a Classroom for Students

Students and a public health faculty member recently honored OC Superior Court Judge Matthew Anderson in recognition of his contributions to the students’ educational and professional development.

For five years, more than 1,000 students from Ellen Lee’s “Drugs and Society” class have been observing graduation day in Anderson’s Drug and DUI program, learning about the experiences of those who participated and completed the program.
