While the novel coronavirus outbreak has forced Cal State Fullerton students to head home and continue their studies online, the challenges of doing so are especially felt by those majoring in hands-on disciplines such as the visual arts.

Senior Alex Dixon, who studies glassblowing in the College of the Arts, works as a graphic design student assistant for the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. He shares how he has been adjusting to life and keeping his creative juices flowing outside the art studio.
