The California State University Board of Trustees is launching a nationwide search for the next president of Cal State Fullerton. Members of the search committee will host a virtual open forum on Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 12:30-2:30 p.m.
The campus community is encouraged to watch the livestream and register to provide a virtual public comment.
The new permanent president will succeed Framroze Virjee, who retired July 31, 2023. Sylvia A. Alva was appointed interim president of Cal State Fullerton, effective Aug. 1, 2023, and she serves in that capacity until the next permanent president is appointed by the CSU trustees.
