Merchandise exports from Orange County are improving, “though the pace of growth will be measurably below the breakneck rate recorded in the aftermath of the Great Recession,” announced CSUF economists Mira Farka and Adrian Fleissig during last week’s International Trade Forecast presented by the Orange County/Inland Empire Small Business Development Center and CSUF’s Woods Center for Economic Analysis and Forecasting.
The overview and analysis of Orange County and Southern California exports — by volume, destination, region and sectors — were presented Dec. 9. A copy of the forecast can be found on the Small Business Development Center website.
