Meet Erica Lizano, assistant professor of social work, whose research explores well-being, burnout and stress among child welfare workers. She is an alumna of Cal State Fullerton, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and participated in the McNair Scholars program. Lizano earned her doctorate and dual master’s degrees at USC.
