Postcommodity, an interdisciplinary arts collective and Cal State Fullerton’s Grand Central Art Center current artists-in-residence, will offer a 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 free public performance of a nine-song cycle from their recent LP, “We Lost Half the Forest, and the Rest Will Burn This Summer.”
Also at Grand Central is “Public Trust,” a series of interactive performances about promises, which will be “activated” at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 5, and Saturday, April 2. Artist-in-residence Paul Ramirez Jonas uses speech to engage the public and have participants speak publicly as part of an ongoing series of speech acts.
