CSUF Women Leaders Attend America Council on Education Women’s Network Conference

Cal State Fullerton women leaders gathered Friday, May 3, at Orange Coast College for the Spring America Council on Education Women’s Network Conference.

The event, titled “Navigating Career with Power and Resilience,” featured speakers Angelica Loera Suarez, president of Orange Coast College; Andrea M. Serban, vice chancellor of educational services and technology at Coast Colleges; and Soraya Coley, president of Cal Poly Pomona.  Conference attendees included: Phenicia McCullough, Natalie Bersig, Kelynn Dickey, Antoinette Roberts, Krueger, Delta Williams (Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion); Monica Chavez, Elissa Thomas (Parking and Transportation Services); Catherine George, Julie Krueger (Admissions); Irene Matz (Human Communication Studies); Yarixel Smith-Tetrik, Abril Vega (Academic Affairs); and Nene Williams (Information Technology).

The conference featured esteemed speakers followed by lunch and networking opportunities.

ACE is the American Council on Education Women’s Network Southern California. Matz is Fullerton’s institutional representative appointed by President Milton Gordon in 2007.
