Cal State Fullerton’s Titan Hub office offers students one-stop help with general inquiries on financial aid, admission application statuses, student fees and payments, enrollment, scholarship awards, and more.

Located in Langsdorf Hall, Room 114, Titan Hub aims to help students succeed from admission to graduation by centralizing support services. Students can connect with staff members in person and virtually to receive information related to the Office of Admissions, Office of Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, Scholarships Office, Student Business Services and Dean of Students Office. Students are encouraged to connect with Titan Hub as a first point of contact for these offices.

“Titan Hub is a true one-stop shop where students can visit one counter, consult with a staff expert who has been trained with information from a number of different offices and find the answers they are looking for,” said Jessica Barco, assistant vice president for student affairs.

Barco added that as a First-gen Forward Institution, CSUF is home to many students who are learning to navigate a college campus for the first time, and this office aims to ease their transition into higher education and provide additional support throughout their academic journey.

“We are focused on being accessible for students, being compassionate and knowledgeable in our service, and meeting students where they are, so that they can achieve their goals,” said Barco.

If students have inquiries that require additional resources, such as escalated questions about in-depth counseling and appeals, the Titan Hub team can provide referrals to the appropriate campus department or resources to ensure students’ needs are met.

Marco Mendoza, associate director of Titan Hub, said that the hub will reduce administrative barriers and ensure that students get the support they need with the help of streamlined communications and easy-to-locate resources.

Students have access to Zoom counseling appointments as well as phone service, in-person and virtual appointments, and a virtual help desk for electronic questions.  Titan Hub will also focus on proactive communications campaigns through social media, digital signs on campus, emails and more to ensure that students are aware of changes happening within all six offices. Titan Hub’s website also connects students with services and the campus community.

“As a university with 43,000 students, we are tasked with ensuring that every student finds the help they need. Titan Hub supports that mission and makes it possible,” said Mendoza.
