Cal State Fullerton’s Titans Give day of giving is coming up on March 12. This transformative 24-hour online fundraising event unites the Titan community to elevate opportunities, expand support and launch careers. Here are five important things to know about this year’s Titans Give.
1. Impact Any Cause at CSUF
This support transforms possibilities into opportunities. Titans Give is the perfect chance to support a campus cause that one is passionate about, whether it’s helping students facing food insecurity through the ASI Food Pantry, supporting outstanding students via the Alumni Association Scholarship or empowering programs through the Titan Fund for greatest needs.
2. Double the Impact With Matches and Challenges
On March 12, a person’s generosity goes further with matching gifts, challenges and prizes from generous partners, including the Anaheim Ducks, PepsiCo and 7 Leaves Café. Participants can multiply their impact throughout the day. Chances are that a person’s gift of $50 will have the impact of $100 — or more — during Titans Give.
3. On-Campus Celebration
Join the campus community for a Lunch Hour Lift-Off event from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in front of Titan Shops. Attendees will have the chance to help a CSUF cause earn an additional $1,000 through a fun, quick activity and snag a free bite to eat.
4. Make a Mark After Dark
Campus community members are also invited to Titans Give Happy Hour from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Bigs Fullerton. Enjoy a special menu and exciting prizes while participating in a $10,000 match opportunity. Fill out the online form for RSVP for the event.
5. Involvement Inspires Others
From donating and sharing on social media to encouraging friends, family and colleagues to give, every action a person takes helps expand opportunities for Titans. Titans Give empowers students as they launch their academic and professional journeys.
