Starting March 1, 2025, the Foundation Card Reconciliation Form will be automated through the ServiceNow portal on the Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation website.
Key Benefits of the Automated Workflow

- Accessible anytime, anywhere: Department heads, delegated account signers and report viewers can now conveniently approve forms from any location and on any device.
- Real-time tracking: Requesters will have the ability to track the approval status of their forms through the ServiceNow system.
Transition Period
During the transition period, the approved PDF Foundation Card Reconciliation Form will be accepted until March 21, 2025; however, the form must be uploaded into ServiceNow.
Action Required
Starting March 1, 2025, use the ServiceNow portal on the foundation website to access and submit the Foundation Card Reconciliation Form.
