Employee Assistance Program Training to Focus on Personal Resilience

Join Total Wellness for a virtual Employee Assistance Program training on personal resilience. The training will be held via Zoom on July 31 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

One factor that influences stress level is how well people manage their energy. The concept of energy management is based on a new way of looking at self-discipline. It challenges the widely held view that time management is the key to work/life balance.
