The CSUF Police Department, the Office of Emergency Management and Continuity, and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services are partnering to bring an interactive earthquake simulator to campus on Oct. 15 from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CSUF Quad.
This unique event allows students, staff, faculty and the public to experience the intensity of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in a safe, controlled environment.
Emergency management experts will also be on-site to answer any questions and provide resources on earthquake readiness, ensuring the Titan community is equipped with practical knowledge to stay safe.
Don’t miss this opportunity as CSUF is the only stop in Los Angeles and Orange County.
This event is free and open to everyone. For questions about the event, contact Marissa Garza at magarza@fullerton.edu.
