Cal State Fullerton’s Titan ROV team earned first place in the collegiate division at the National Underwater Robotics Challenge. The competition brings together university teams from across the country to design and build Remotely Operated Vehicles capable of completing complex underwater missions.

The Titan ROV team was selected for this honor based on its outstanding performance in vehicle design, engineering innovation, mission execution and overall competition results. The team demonstrated technical excellence, teamwork and problem-solving skills throughout the event, achieving the highest overall score among collegiate competitors.

The award recognizes the dedication and hard work of CSUF students who designed, constructed, tested and operated the vehicle while representing the university at a national engineering competition. The achievement highlights the strength of CSUF’s hands-on STEM education and student innovation.
